I have the right to deny any commission request that I receive that I do not feel comfortable

with or that would violate the Terms of Service that I have listed below.

dark themes or gore

architecture or robots

anything in another artist's style

reference images and communication: 

When asking for a commission, please provide several readily available clear reference images with different angles along with varied lighting of either your pet(s) or family member(S) and include your preferred Payment method, (PayPal or Venmo).  having an idea or a concept in mind of what you'd like your commission to look like is highly appreciated. For pets, it is helpful that I know their personalities, interests or toys they love if you want accessories included in the piece. If you'd like this print to be framed, please let me know ahead of time And specific size you'd like for formatting.

Please do not rush my process and be patient with me. my commission process can take up to a month or less To complete and I do not work on tight deadlines, example: a week before a holiday/event. Progress is achieved with  solid communication flow during the commission process. my goal is to make this process smooth and enjoyable for both of us.

 

 

 commission process: 

1.) reference images as well as 1/2 of the Payment is required at the onset of the commissioning. full payment must be received before I complete the latter stages of your Piece. an invoice will be sent to your preferred payment method at the onset of the commissioning and another shortly before the completion of your piece. 

 

2.) I will create the rough concept sketch of your piece to grasp the overall concept you have in mind, along with the basic pose, and the Layout you prefer.  the watermarked image Will be sent back to you in several updates for revisions and approval. This will be the only time to make major revisions to the piece.

3.) Once the rough sketch is finalized and cleaned up, the second half of the payment can be sent, rounding out the payment process. I then will begin adding lineart, flat colors, details, shading, and lighting to the piece. only three minor revisions of the piece are allowed during this stage. If you'd like further revisions, I can certainly do this but additional fees will be applied.

4.) All digital png files are sent via email after the commission is complete. Feel free to request multiple versions of the files, however, extra fee will be applied. These digital files will be full size and un-watermarked. Traditional pieces will be shipped on completion.

personal use vs commercial use:

You do not own the reproduction rights of this commission. This piece is to be used only for private personal enjoyment and use, not for commercial profit. If you wish to use a piece for commercial use, we must discuss this and you will need to sign an agreement for commercial rights usage. commissions are not to be used for marketing, promotion or sale. ie. mint/sell commissions for nft, sales of prints or stickers, or on merch, etc.

Only the person who has commissioned the art may use/repost the art, unless it is a gift. I must be credited when the commission is shared, posted or used as a profile picture. please credit me as the artist. You may not remove my signature from your commission or edit it in any way. 

 

Refunds: 

Cancelation of a  commission is prohibited after payment has been received. I often start straight away after receiving payment. If there is any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to as well as issue a  refund for the remainder of the cost of the work. No refunds will be given after you have received the commission.
